Description:
Hengam Petrochemical Project consists of two parts: an ammonia production unit with a capacity of 2200 tons per day, licensed by Saipem Company of Italy, and a urea production unit with a capacity of 3500 tons per day, licensed by Topsoe Company of Denmark.

The ProjeKaran team effectively performed the following actions during the project execution:

• Establishing a procurement monitoring system
• Coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Preparing various progress reports
• Managing contracts and contractors’ claims
