The Kimia Pars Middle East Petrochemical Project was initiated to produce 1,650,000 tons of AA-grade methanol annually. The project was licensed by the Danish company Topsoe, and the EPC contractor was the Chinese company TCC. Projekaran’s team was present on-site from the start of the construction phase, tasked with planning and Monitoring the construction activities.

Planning with a focus on startup priorities, effective scheduling of activities, required database development, and activity monitoring, including in the civil works, piping, equipment installation, commissioning, as well as preparing analytical reports and developing a project management dashboard to assist senior managers in key decision-making processes, played a significant role in the timely completion of the project. The effective performance of Projekaran earned the appreciation of the CEO of Kimia Pars Co. in the inauguration ceremony.
